We are running Windows XP. On our desktop there is a
thing on the left hand side and it says Folder Tasks,
Other Places and Details. It looks just like the one if
you open up any folder. We are not sure how it got there
but we can't get rid of it can anyone please tell us how
to get rid of it? Thanks

Excellent!,,my brother called me with the exact same
problem yesterday and I didn't have a clue how to help
him (I'm the "go to guy" for computer problems in the
family), this was the perfect fix!!
