Computer restarts when I select Desktop and Properties.
Cannot change wallpaper.

Kelly,

Thanks for your response. Tried the "tweaks" but it is
still not responding. When we right-click the desktop
and then select properties, the computer immediately
restarts. Can't change any of the properties.

Thanks again for your response. Would welcome any other
suggestions.

Kelly's usually pretty up on her game............... If her
suggestions didn't solve a problem, a good fall-back is a
"Repair-Install".... it's helped me out many a time with problems that
have baffled others. If you don't know how to do a repair
