Customizing your desktop

I can't seem to customize my wallpaper on my desktop. I have pictures saved
on my computer that I would like to use as my wallpaper. When I try to
change it through the control panel it won't allow me to click on the lists
of my pictures. I've also tried right clicking on a picture and selecting
set as your wallpaper. Both instances it won't allow it. All I have is the
blue wallpaper. I can change the colors but that's about it. Can someone
please help me?

hello you are using XP right?

scroll down to line number 142 but look on the RIGHT column where it says:

ALLOW WALLPAPER BACKGROUND CHANGES... (the link leads to this file)
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/wallpaperenable.reg

Download it and double click on that reg file and do a restart...

this should fix your problem.. tell me please if it does..
