Desktop settings

How do I keep my users from changing the desktop settings on a W2K pro
machine ? I wish to deny them access to the desktop properties. ( screen
savers, background, schemes, etc....)

Use Group Policy / Default Domain Policy to

navigate to User Configuration / Administrative Templates / Control Panel /
Display
and enable the appropriate GPO settings.
