Q: how to costomaiz desktop for local user in w2k
professional so the user cannot change the setting such as
backgroud or screen saver?
 
A: Local or Group policy. (start | run | gpedit.msc | OK button)
 
You must have the users priviliges set correctly or he/she can change it
right back after the correct policy is set.
