Dell Optliplex GX200/IE/Comcast Cable problem

No coincidence, but when I started using Comcast's cable internet, IE
locked. I mean locked, for up to a minute before opening/completing a page.
I've lived with it for 2 years 'cos Netscape Nav is lovely, still, many
sites want to use IE and it locks up. Comcast could give a sh1t about my
problem.

Any experience here? Is it IE, is it Comcast Cable, is it Dell??

Likely Comcast, if you ran an ISP installation CD, you never know what was
installed, some ISP's are bundling all sorts of <blank> these days.
