deleting web addresses

I keep getting this web address that pops up, it gives me the option to say no, but then tells me its not too late to change my mind, everytime I click no or the X button, it pops back up. It's mediatickets.com, and I can't locate it in the system to delete it. anyone have an idea how i can get it off ?

Seems that you are infected with spyware.
Go to www.lavasoftusa.com and download ad-aware 6.0 and then use that to clean ur system from spyware.
