Svchost Properties - Application deleted today

I'm running Windows Vista Business. Whenever I turn on or reboot the computer
the window of Svcost Properties pops up with the message Deleted Today. It
gives me the option to restore, however it keeps coming up every time I
reboot. Can somebody tell me how to fix this?
 
You should ask about this in a Vista group, this one is for Windows XP.
