svchost pop up on start up!

hey guys, every time i start up my computer, when i get
to the desktop appearing stage, i get a command window
(the black one, i think thats what it is) popping up
saying svchost.exe i really want it to stop and it would
be awesome if someone could help me out.
Also i get my windows media player popping up on start up
too along with the svchost thing. Help me?

Michael,

You probably have the Blaster worm.

You need to:
1) Get a firewall or NAT router.
2) Remove the worm.
3) Update your OS.
