Hi,
my friend installed the new version of the MSN Messanger (v8) today. After
the installation the laptop froze. He turned the computer off and now every
time you start it there comes this pop-up window (twice) that says "Isass.exe
- Application Error; The application failed to initialize properly
(0xc0000006). Click on OK to terminate the application." Well, when i click
on OK, the same window appears again. After clicking OK the second time, the
screen stays as it is until the computer is turned off again without anything
happening.
I wanted to start the computer in Safe Mode and with the last known good
configuration but it's always the same: the pop-up appears twice and then
nothing else happens.
Can somebody help me fixing this problem???
