Deleting Unread Email Messages

If you delete an email message from a sender without opening it, does he/she
get a message that the message was deleted unread?

If not, how do I set it up so that person knows that I am deleting his
messages without reading them?

Not possible, sorry.

Would it not be feasible to use a message rule to reply using a template and
delete the message?

I am on a network that uses Outlook 2003. Assuming a recipient has his
account configured to receive "Message Read" notifications:

I want to show that I'm deleting a particular user's messages unread, but I
want to read them after I send them to Deleted Items.
1. If I send them to Deleted Items and then open the message there, will he
be notified that the message has been read? What if I permanently delete the
message, then use Recover Deleted Items, and then open the message when it
returns to my Deleted Items folder? Will he see that I've opened it?

Thanks in advance.
