Deleting Unlinked Files

Will deleting unlinked files in my FrontPage 2003 website cause any problems?
What precautions should I be aware of before deleting unlinked files?

It should not use any problems provided that the page is not used directly instead of from a hyperlink, e.g., a JavaScript, entered
URL.

Just double check that they aren't linked using javascript.
