Deleting rules in Outlook 2003 that don't work

I have some rules that aren't working in Outlook 2003 with SP 2. It won't
allow me to delete them. Is there something else I can do to delete these
rules? Thanks.

Export all of your rules using the Rules and Alerts Wizard. Start Outlook
once with the /cleanrules command switch. Import your rules again. Chances
are you'll then be able to delete the ones that weren't deletable before.
