Don't know who to address this problem to. I have a
W32.WelchiaWorm virus in the c:\Windows\system32
\wins\DLLHost.exe file. Norton Anti Virus says to delete
it. What is this file for and will I mess up my computer
if I delete it?

There is a Hosts file but not a dllhost.exe file. This file was probably
created by the worm so it should be safe to delete it. You might want to
put it in a temp folder for a few days just to be sure everything runs ok
after deletion. This is just a precaution.
