I'm running Window XP Home Edition. My computer has the
W32.Welchia.Worm virus and I've installed Norton
AntiVirus 2003 with recent virus definitions.

When I run Norton Anitvirus, it locates the file
C:Windows\System32\win\DLLHost.Exe) which contains the
virus, but it can not repair,delete or quarantine the
virus file. I get a Virus Alert message that says:
action taken: Unable to repair the file and access to the
file was denied. Can I access/delete the file.

I am experiencing all sort of problems when I connect to
the internet.

Boot the computer in Safe Mode and run your AV scan again. And don't use my
web site address in your From: address, please.
