Infected file

My other computer has a virus (W32.Welchia.Worm) in the
file C:\windows\system32\wins\dllhost.exe. The Norton
software can't repair or quarantine it and wants to delete
the file. Is the file critical to the operation of the
computer and how would I put it back on??

Go to symantec.com to download the virus removal tool and run it as instructed.
