My Norton Viruscan found an infected file -- DLLHOST.EXE --- and put it in quarantine. They say it cannot be repaired - has been destroyed by w32.welchia.worm. Do I really need it? If so, where do I get a clean copy?

The DLLHOST.EXE file is a Windows system protected file located in the
System32 folder. When Norton moved the file into quarantine, it should have
been replaced with the backup copy contained in the
C:\Windows\System32\dllcache folder. Check to make sure that there is still
a copy in the System32 folder.
