dllhost.exe, please help

Zone Alarm asks for rights for dllhost.exe located in
Windows\System32\Dllcache

Naturally I blocked all access, and read that this file
when located in the wins directory, is in fact a worm.

I downloaded a tool from Symantec, but it found no
infection. I also searched for any information online I
could find about dllhost.exe in the dllcache directory,
but found nothing I could comprehend.

Is it safe to delete the contents of Windows\System32
\Dllcache folder? If not, why is this all of a sudden
asking for internet rights, and appearing in my list of
running processes? I know dllhost in the regular
System32 folder is legit, anything in the Wins folder is
a worm, but I can find nothing on it appearing the
dllcache folder.

Thanks for any and all info,

Just wanted to add that I also did a full system scan
with my antivirus (ETrust Antivirus) with updated
reference files,...nothing found.

I also disabled system restore before any and all tests,
basically I performed exact and precise instructions for
all sites pertaining to any sort of dllhost.exe worm.

I did move the entire contents of the dllcache folder to
a different directory, and have not YET had any
problems. I understand that XP will just ask for the
installation disk if it needs anything?

Again, just wondering what dllhost.exe in the dllcache
folder is wanting internet rights for. Only info I could
find online about the file, is if it's located in the
Wins folder.

Thanks again
