I have norton antivirus on my computer, and a few minutes
ago it told me I have a virus:
Virus name: W32.welchia.worm
un: C:\windows\system32\wins\DLLHOST.EXE, Norton has been
uable to repair the file, Norton has been denied access.
Do you have a solution for this problem?
Last week I was unable to get to any web pages. I took
my computer back to the manufacturer, who reformatted the
hard drive and reinstalled windows XP. I purchased the
computer in December 2002.
The computer had been working fine, and I have been
re=installing all of the programs that I have had on the
computer before it was repaired. The computer has asked
me to re-register my windows. I did, but it acted as if
it was the first time that I registered. There are no
choices for re-installing windows. Also, it would not
allow me to install my Office Pro 2000, it said something
like there is no previous installed registered items.
I had no trouble installing my Office Pro 2000, which I
transferred from an old computer when I bought the new
one in December 2002. Do you have a solution for this
problem?
