deleteing appointments for person who set it up and all attendees

How do you delete an appointment for attendees of a meeting. I can delete the
meeting for myself but it is not cancelling it for the rest of the attendees.
This is creating a large problem. A lot of my appointments are set up as
yearly reccurences. Please advise! I have approximately 200 appointments set
up this way.

It's not sending out cancellation notices to all invitees? What version of
Outlook and Exchange?
