Deleted Users :-(

While trying to secure my frontpage website on the server
admin permissions page... I deleted all users.Any idea
now how I can get back to my website?
PS: I know it was stupid.

Create a user with admin permissions at the server.

I can't get on the server to create the user which is my

It is your server or your hosts? If the hosts then have them create it.
