My Deleted Items shows 20 messages and when i try to click "Emty Deleted
Items Folder" nothing happens. Also when clicking any message in the deleted
items folder (Headers are displayed ok) it says

"Message could not be displayed
Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this
message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try again."

I have over 100GB free diskspace and i am using 4 GB Memory. so that is not
the problem.

Receiving and sending is working ok in Windows Mail. My Norton Junk folder
is working ok. Only the Deleted Item makes problems. How to Fix it?

Are you saying the following info copied from the
WMUtil site is incorrect?

"Occasionally the database becomes corrupted
as indicated for example by the inability of being
able to delete messages from various folders.
The Windows Mail database has a built-in repair
feature that can sometimes fix such problems."

It is not incorrect, but it is seldom the cause of the failures
we're reading about here.

If you are not willing to just ignore them, the only way is to delete both
copies of the database (which does not contain the messages, but only
references to them) and let WinMail rebuild it.
First close WinMail, then use Task Manager to make sure there are no
instances of it under applications or processes.
Then click Start | Search | Advanced Search
Check the box to include non-indexed, hidden and system files.
In the Name field type WindowsMail.MSMessageStore and click the Search
button.
It should show you two copies. Delete both of them and re-open WinMail.
WinMail will work in the background and recover all of the messages that are
really there.
