Deleted contacts

A client was searching for a contact in her boss's outlook and inadvertently
deleted the first item - numbered 1 and something to do with Blackberry. (It
is followed by 2.Print to Fax, also for Blackberry.) This was something he
had put in there - is it essential and, if so, can it be reinstated? Thanks
very much
