After I reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled Windows
and all my applications, the default suffix for jpg's I
download has changed to jpeg from jpg. How can I change
it back?

I've same problem and haven't fin a solution yet. I've used registry
monitor, but couldn't find any setting that fixes the problem. I suspect
that this is a new feature of the Windows XP and IE6.

If anybody from Microsoft reads this, please confirm wether this a bug or
feature!
