Default Printers

I have a network with server 2003 and all machines are running XP Pro

I need to stop some users from changing the default printer settings.

I have looked in Group policy and I cant seem to find how to do this.
I need to only set this option for some of the users.

Is there anyway to do this?

Are your printers in XP machines installed Point & Print (connected to a
print share in server) or a locally installed?.

Get a meat cleaver, sharpen it, and threaten the users with finger removal?

All the printers are installed on a print share on the server.

I suggested this to my boss.. he told me as a last resort.
