Default printer setting

Hi Guys,

Each time i print in XL the printer name is not the printer i use in my
office. I use
File Print Name and the printer i want to use although in the list is not
'defaulted' to this. How may i change this please?

Go to Windows Control Panel, Printers and designate the default printer you
want.
