What is the default value of "Empty temporary internet files folder when
browser is closed" as I cannot find the official page describing what options
will be turned on when "Restore Default" is clicked?

Does it apply to all IE versions?

Hi VV,

It is a User Advanced setting. That means that it does not have a global
default value. It should apply to versions 5 and above, but may not be
present in some customized versions.
