default email program

When I click on a hyperlink calling for a new email to be
sent, I get a Windows prompt for an email profile. My one
choice is Microsoft Outlook, which I don't use and then
it says it is unable to send.

Seems I need to register Outlook Express as my default
email client or something?

Greetings Paul,

If you wish to use Outlook Express as your default e-mail program, simply open Internet
Explorer, click the Tools menu, then Internet Options, then Programs tab, and under the
E-mail heading, choose Outlook Express.
