Default Address Book Shown

Forgive me if this is better suited for the MS Exchange group, but I thought
I would ask anyway...

For a Microsoft Exchange user, when they're composing a new message and
click on 'To:', the Global Address Book is shown automatically. Is there a
way to change this to show the Outlook Contacts instead?

Click on tools
Click on address book
Click on tools
Click on options
Fix the order as you would like to see it
