Decrease in download speed

When downloading from the net I always see a constant decrease in the
download speed. Example: it start at 100 kbps and can slow to 10 kbps by the
time it is finish. This occures weather I use cable or dial-up. There is
plenty of space on my defragmented disk. What gives??

On your side, nothing. The server you are connecting to is the problem
and there's nothing you can do about it.

Hi,

Contact the website of the file you are downloading and complain to them
that you do not like their server speed.
