DAZZLE external video capture device

My DAZZLE external video capture device, purchased from DELL along with Dell
Movie Studio Bundle three years ago, is not recognized by my Windows XP after
I reloaded all the software due to a breakdown . I do not have a set up disc
for it, since it was not included with all the other discs that Dell sent me
-- Vidiowave 4 (three discs). Pinnacle system, that now sells Dazzle, stopped
serving all third party video editing software in Oct. 2003. Dell stopped
dealing with it also. I had to pay to get INDEOXP that is needed with
Videowave 4. Even other video capture software is now not able to capture.
It was working well before I reloaded all the software a month ago. How can I
get a setup disc for DAZZLE? Are there any other alternatives than shelling
out $179 for new hardware and software?
