Dam popups etc any help appreciated

Hi I forgot to set the "don't allow popup" after I had been to a place that
I had to have them. I have firewall enabled on network connections. I have
spybot search and destroy and have a paid Adaware programme. Neither will
get rid of a problem I now have, I have an extra tool bar that has a
search/software/credit/gamble/dating etc been loaded to the normal ninemsn
toolbar? and writing within text is highlighted and things like "discover"
"seek" etc and of course when I put the mouse over these they are
advertising sites. Please how do I get rid of this problem?

First turn the POPUP BLOCKER BACK ON. Second update your Ad-aware program and
Spybot weekly, run scans for both again. Scan for viruses also. Try right
clicking on the extra toolbar to find the uninstall function... if it has
one... or goto add/remove programs and look for anything that looks new to
the list of programs installed. (hint) make a list of all the programs listed
for use at a later date if this should happen again.... anything that you
don't install yourself will be easier to find... always write down anything
you install so you don't remove it by mistake. If you see something like
coolwebsearch REMOVE IT. Check out www.spywarerguide.com for more info on
spyware companies/spyware/adware programs to check for in the add/remove
program.
