D Drive not recognized

When I put any type of CD in the CD/DVD Drive, my computer does not recognize
it. When prompting it to run, under the RUN category, nothing is available
to browse. This includes blank CDs to burn, CDs to load programs, and even
music CDs. Please Help!!!!
