Cut & Paste

I get e-mails in Italian fron my relatives in Italy. I can't read them, so I
would like to cut and paste the Italian text to one of the free on line
translation web sites. How do I do it? Thank you.

Open the email into its own window.. place the mouse cursor over the first
character in the e-mail, and while pressing the left mouse button, drag over
all of the text.. when all of the text background is black, right click and
select 'copy'..

Now paste it into this translator..

Hi Zman,

Highlight the text you wish to translate by using a left-click and drag
technique over it. When you have it highlighted, hit ctrl+c to copy it. Go
to the translation page of your choice and click in the text area, hit
ctrl+v to paste it. Google.com has a fairly intuitive translation site, so
does babelfish (http://world.altavista.com/).

Search for Babel Fish pick the Altavista website.

http://babelfish.altavista.com/

It is free and works quite well, the only issue in
translation will be grammar and diction on some sentences.

Cut and paste the text, the box has a limit but you
should have no real problems doing small sections.

La buona fortuna ed ha divertimento!!

Enjoy!!

Open the email, place your cursor at the beginning of the text. Press CTRL
and the A key to highlight all the text, or hold down the left mouse key and
drag the cursor to highlight the text you want. When you have the
highlighting complete, press the right mouse button and select Copy from
that menu.

Open the webpage you use for translation, and when your cursor is in the
area for text right-click the mouse and select Paste.

You may want to practice using any email and copy-paste text into Notepad to
get the hang of it.
