How do I add a folder to the Start Menu? I can delete items, but I can't add
a folder or move the items in the start menu.

Start ->settings -> taskbar & start menu ->start menu ->customize ->
advanced Then just create a new folder.

That's what I used to do in XP, but don't know how to do this in Vista - I've
looked everywhere and can't see an option for creating a new folder and
moving things on the Start menu.

Right-click the Start button, choose Open or Explore (which takes you to
C:\Users\(Your Name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu); or, Open
All Users or Explore All Users (which takes you to
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu).

It'll work in Vista. Change back to Classic View, create folder and then
change back to Vista
