Customized Toolbars

I had customized my toolbar. At some point in the past week or two the
toolbar started reverting to the Outlook default whenever I restart Outlook.
How do I get my customized toolbars to "stick" again?

I found the answer on another thread begun by "Vineet". Thanks for the
answer, "Roady [MVP]".
