Can't find an Outlook add-in to disable or eliminate it

For some reason I have 6 Google Desktop Toolbars listed in my Outlook 2007
Customize-Toolbars dialog box.

I go to Outlook Tools>>Trust Center>>Add-ins, but G Toolbar is not listed.
I've uninstalled Google Toolbar. I've searched all the registry Outlook
add-in keys and see no reference to G Toolbar. And, I've run Office
Diagnostics. I still have 6 Google Toolbar items in my customize toolbars
list.

How do I get rid of these in Outlook entirely?

Thx for your help, John

did you look at both the com addin and exchange extensions dialogs in the
drop down at the bottom of the page?

Yup, checked both, and GTb listed in neither.
