Customization of inbox rules

I use inbox rules pretty fequently, and have quite a few client only rules
running on my inbox to manage the various communication streams during my
day. Recently, I bought Office for my Mac at home and found that I could also
channel flow to various folders as I do on my PC at work. However, one thing
that I have not found yet is if it is possible to use wild card in the mail
rules to manage emails from a specific domain. Is that possible?

ie. Instead of sending an email address from (e-mail address removed) send all
of the emails with the domain of microsoft.com to a folder.

Use the condition "with specific words in the message header" and/or "with
specific words in the sender's address"

doesn't seem to work. I believe it may be because either option looks
at only the display text in that/those field(s), and not the actual
email address that contains the domain, i.e. John Doe, as opposed to
(e-mail address removed). Any idea how to get around that?

Clearly the "with specific words in the message header" looks at more than
just display names. If it appears in the headers, this condition will find
it.
