Customiizing Outlook Today

Hello,

I have used Outlook (2000) for several years and I'm
pretty familiar with it. However, I installed it on my
computer at home and when I click on the "Customize
Outlook Today button", nothing happens. The button
appears to show that I've clicked on it, but nothing
comes up.

So far I've, downloaded updates, uninstalled and
reinstalled Office and Outlook, I've attempted to use the
detect and repair function, I've checked to knowledge
base and I offered to buy it coffee.

Any help would be truly appreciated.

Look at Microsoft's article 820575. This was a security
vulnerability that was handled by an IE update.
