Customize Outlook Today

Lately when I click on the Customize Outlook Today button on the top right
of the Outlook Today screen, nothing happens. I've run the Detect and Repair
option with no results. Also, all components are updated through Office
Update. I can't think of any patch or update installations that preceded the
problem either. Any suggestions out there? Thanks.

If you run outlook 2000 on the XP machine, please try the
following.


1) Close all your proigram and Run REGEDIT
2) Goto
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\SOFTWARE\INTERNET
EXPLORER\APPILCATION COMPABILITY\
3) Right Click on the right page, click NEW and select
DWORD,
4) Name it as OUTLOOK.EXE in capital
5) Double click on it and Key in value as 1
6) Run and customise outlook again

Thanks Billy. That did the trick. I'm running Win2K, but I
figured out the registry key for that OS based on your
example. What causes this particular problem?
