Customizing Outlook Today

I installed Office 2000 and am unable to customize
Outlook Today. The "customize Outlook Today" button is
available, but nothing happens. Does anyone have a
suggestion.

OL2000: You Cannot Customize Outlook Today After You Install Critical Update

You can edit the registry to make changes to Outlook Today.
