"Customize Outlook Today" stopped working

After downloading a recent security patch from the MS
website, the "Customize Outlook Today" button on my
Outlook Today main screen no longer works - I click it and
nothing happens.

I've tried a repair of the install - no good. I'd rather
not have to remove and reinstall the entire Office suite.

Any ideas? Thanks.
