Outlook 2K Customize Outlook Today button

My Customize Outlook Today button won't work. We've
reinstalled Outlook several times, I've downloaded all
patches for Office, and still it won't work. When I click
on it, the button changes slightly to show it's
been "depressed," but nothing happens. Anyone know what I
need to do? Please!
