Custom form- Data in "sent" is not valid

I recently created a custom form in Outlook 2002 that a
user can fill out via text boxes and other controls, send
to various other people, and they can reply with their
thoughts. I created two separate forms for this case:
The main form and the reply form-
Everything seems to work except when a user tries to SEND
the reply form back to the original sender, I get a
message that the data in "sent" is not valid. It seems
that the email addresses are not being recognized. I
have tried everything I can think of, but am coming up
short. Both of these forms are published in my
Organizational Forms library.

Any help would be greatly appreciated-

The exact message is : the data you entered in "sent" is not valid.
I receive the error message after I enter an email address into the To field and then hit Send

That message indicates that some validation is set on the Sent field. Try
adding that field to a custom page and checking the Validation page of the
related control's Properties dialog.
