In the user accounts/advanced tab my require ctrl alt del
to logon check box is greyed out and I cannot check it.
Microsoft Knowlege base has no useful information that I
can find. Does anyone know a work around for this item?
Thanks
Chris K.

Are you logged on as the Administrator?

Go to Start > Run and type: control userpasswords2 , and hit enter.
Click on the Advanced tab and place a check next to "Require users
to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete", then click Apply.
