I do not know much about the computer and all the sudden several different
warnings are coming on the screen. It says to order different information on
the internet. Is that some thing that I have to do? I have system recovery
disks but I do not know how to upload them! What should I do? Please help,
I really want to learn.

Those messages are not anything to do with Windows, they are most likely the
result of a malware infection.

Do not click on any of them. They are spam advertising for bad products
that you do not need.

Download some free anti-spyware utilities as follows:

Spybot Search & Destroy http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/

Lavasoft AdAware http://ww.lavasoft.de/support/download/

They will detect most malware/spyware that could be hiding on your pc.
