creative music library corrupted

I am trying to install creative muvo mp3 software but keep getting th
message-your music library is corrupted and cannot be recovered.I hav
installed the jet engine service pack recommended it but has no
worked
Another user has said it was solved by wiping their computer but
dont know how to do this.I have windows millenium but found this lin
and hope someone can help
I have already tried uninstall/reinstal
