Creating Two Email Accounts On One User Profile

On our old computer we just had one user profile, but when opening outlook we
could either chose "MAIN" or "Lori"..... any thoughts on how to?
 
That sounds like you had seperate Outlook Profiles (not windows users)
You can either create a new outlook profile & use the other mail account, or
set up both email accounts in the current profile - the mail wont be
seperate
