Word Creating Book marks in single word file

Hi Forum,

Anyone could you help me how can we link other files in the word document, normally by using bookmarks/hyperlinks. If the same file will open at different computer the link is not working and other files are not opening.

Please if possible use screent shots to demonstrate as I have been troubling with this issue.
