Create multiple polls in the one email message, how to

Hi All,

I am trying to create 2 polls in the one email message (2 voting buttons for
1st poll, 2 voting buttons for the 2nd poll). I am hoping to be able to get
recipients to respond to both polls in the 1 email.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Outlook generally isn't suitable for that kind of polling, unless you meet some pretty strict requirements about being able to publish forms.
